Guess What! The Seattle Symphony will be preforming something Catholic: Verdi’s Requiem Mass. The “Messa da Requiem” is a musical setting of the Catholic funeral mass (Requiem) for four soloists, double choir and orchestra by Giuseppe Verdi. It was composed in memory of Alessandro Manzoni, whom the composer Verdi admired.

Tickets must be purchased on your own. Enter the promo code SYMPHONY22 beside the “View Cart” symbol for a 20% discount. We will sit to the right side of the MIDDLE ORCHESTRA. If you wish to use the light rail, we will depart from Blessed Sacrament at 6:30pm on foot.

The concert begins at 7:30pm, and is 2 hrs long.
