“Waves of Grace - Reaching Souls Through Catholic Radio” presented by Ron Belter, President and General Manager of Sacred Heart Radio.

In college he met his wife, Bernadette, and after witnessing the love and joy of the Catholic faith through her and her 13 siblings, Ron converted.

He started by buying a nightly hour of radio airtime to air Catholic Answers. That small act of faith eventually led to the purchase of AM1050 and now, 25 years later Sacred Heart Radio has grown to 12 stations reaching 5 million listeners in Washington state in addition to a station in Kodiak, Alaska.more details about our upcoming Lumen event!

Similar to Theology on Tap, a Lumen event is when we host a young adult or outside speaker, but then chant Night Prayer together (called “Compline”) with the Dominican Friars. This is followed by our social, when we share a refreshing pint of beer or non-alcoholic drink.

The speaker begins at 7pm sharp (plan to arrive a bit early) and the social ends at 10pm.
