Hello Frassati Young Adults!
On Saturday, September 16th our group will be exploring one of our most treasured parks in the area: the UW Arboretum! The Arboretum is a beautiful 230-acre park with forests of different tree and plant varieties, including maples, magnolias, oaks, and azaleas. Our group will be hiking along the Arboretum Loop trail, a 2.3 mile paved loop trail, which is accessible for all ability levels.
Before our excursion, we are blessed to have Fr. Chrysostom available to say mass for us at the Newman Center, then we can carpool to the Arboretum from there! If you are planning to join for mass, please meet at the Newman Center by 9:45am. If you are unable to make it to mass and do not plan on carpooling, you are welcome to meet us at the Arboretum Visitors Center around 10:45am (keep in mind, parking may be limited!).
Join us as we try to make the most of these last few days of summer!
Peace,
Frassati Outdoor Ministry Team
