Our next Lumen speaker will be Sadie Teal, who is a Catholic Psychologist who will come and speak about mental health and issues concerning anxiety and depression. January is often called the most depressing month of the year, and either you or someone you love will at one point experience anxiety or depression, so this is an important talk to attend, especially concerning the Catholic perspective.

Following the talk, as usual, we will pray night prayer/Compline, followed by social time at a pub.
