Saturday Night Alive Resumes

Holy Hour featured Evening Prayer, meditative music, and the opportunity to go to Confession

This past Saturday, around 100 young adults convened at St. James Cathedral in Capital Hill to kick off the second season of SNA. The only thing more beautiful than the weather was the beauty of seeing so many young adults excited to have the opportunity to attend. The evening began with evening prayer in the Cathedral, followed by adoration and music, with the opportunity for the sacrament of Reconciliation. Afterwards, there was a social in the nearby fireside room, which featured an impromptu Disney song sing-a-long. The evening ended with Compline (night prayer) and the opportunity to continue socializing at a nearby bar. The night was a rousing success, and hopefully the beginning to another great year of SNA. If you missed the event, it happens every third Saturday of the month, at Blessed Sacrament Church. We hope to see you there in October for the next edition!
