Frassati hosts quarterly retreats for graduates and young professionals! Each retreat focuses on a different spiritual and/or intellectual aspect of our faith, but they all offer a great opportunity to meet other Catholic young adults and spend time in fellowship and prayer. Retreats are typically Friday night-Sunday afternoon, and are held at various retreat centers in WA.
Young Adult Mass
Frassati Grad/YA along with the Blessed Sacrament Young Adults co-host a monthly young adult Mass, followed by dinner and fellowship. The Mass takes place at 5:45PM on the first Sunday of every month, and the social is afterwards in the parish hall. Dates for the upcoming academic year are:
- 2017: September 3, October 1, November 5, December 3
Frassati Small Groups are a great way for young professionals and post grads from 21 to 35 to build a closer, more tight knit community centered around the Catholic faith and common life experiences. Our current small groups are:

Saturday Night Alive
Saturday Night Alive is a monthly event for all young adults in the greater Seattle Area. We will begin chanting Vespers, then enter into an hour of Eucharistic Adoration accompanied by contemplative music, confessions, a social hour, and Compline.
SNA will resume in September!
The Frassati program is governed by a council which helps to plan events and retreats, as well as decide the direction for the program to go. They are very friendly people, so feel free to introduce yourself if you see them! If you have ideas for events or programs that you would like to see, we would love to hear about them! Email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
